The President shouldn’t accuse his children of wrongdoing without evidence, let alone accuse Russia. There is no evidence. In fact, the Democrats’ fairytale doesn’t even fit the mold of a cyberattack. After nearly all real cyberattacks, the techies have footprints that reveal specifically what was done, how it was done, and what information was compromised. There aren’t any footprints that indicate Russia is guilty of cyberattacks during the 2016 political campaigns.

Mueller has given the President some justification for not disclosing the results of Mueller’s investigation (it is the President’s perogative). Mueller could leak his report to Congress or the media, though that might show malicious intent on the part of Comey and Mueller. I doubt Mueller would want his reputation tarnished unless his findings of wrongdoing were extremely serious.
